This 30-day return window applies to all items purchased on our website and is available for both change-of-mind and defective products. After this period, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or issue refunds.

  • Packaging: Items must include all original packaging, manuals, tags, and accessories.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Note on Artificial Plants: Items that show signs of wear, permanent installation, significant alteration, or improper handling will not be accepted.

 

3. Return Scenarios

 

 

A. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items (Our Fault)

 

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product:

  • Cost Coverage: We will cover the full cost of return shipping. A prepaid return label will be provided to you at no cost.

  • Resolution: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will immediately issue a replacement or a full refund, based on your choice.

B. Change of Mind (Buyer’s Remorse)

 

If you wish to return an item for any reason other than defect or damage:

  • Return Shipping Cost: You are responsible for the return shipping cost.

  • Shipping Method: You can use your own courier, or you can request a prepaid label from us (the cost will be deducted from your total refund amount).

6. Order Cancellations
